A car with no insurance and no tax has been seized by Gardai in Monaghan.
Over the weekend, Gardai were on patrol when they encountered the vehicle.
The driver refused to provide an address and was arrested.

Local Gardai said once the driver was in custody it was soon established he had provided a false name and did not in fact hold a driving licence.
The car was detained and the driver was charged and is now before the Courts.
