Purple Peach is an award winning Bridal Label by Monaghan designer Jacinta Caraher. Jacinta has been designing beautifully hand-finished Bridal gowns in her Monaghan Studio for over 20 years.
Relaunching Purple Peach has allowed Jacinta to approach Bridal with a renewed vision heavily focused on sustainability and her boundless, contemporary Bride. Over the past 10 years Jacinta has been involved in other creative projects giving her the opportunity to explore better sustainable practices for her design studio.
As a result of her passion for sustainable clothing, Jacinta has gone through to the second round of the 'Small Sustainable Business Design Challenge' which is organised by the Design and Craft Council of Ireland.
The Monaghan woman is calling on locals from across the region to give their vote. "I'm delighted to be this far into the competition," explained Jacinta. "I applied for it with my my new sustainable bridal wear collection and this part of the competition is based partially on the public vote to get me through to the next straight. It would be fantastic to get as much support as possible.
