A plastic dog waste bin has been ripped from its post and broken into bits rendering it useless.

This is a joint initiative between the Monaghan Women's Assembly and the Equality Subgroup.

The application also includes a new access lane, new car park and all associated site works

Cllr Conlon highlighted the growth in dog ownership since Covid, however he believes resources in personnel have not matched that growth.

Cavan and Monaghan local authorities have been shortlisted a total of 13 times.

According to Cllr O'Hanlon, it's "totally wrong" when people are told that more lanes will be dealt with under this scheme, when in reality funding has been reduced.
