Monaghan County Council is not concerned by the amount of funding they have received by the T.I.I
A number of councilors asked the executive at this month’s meeting if the allocations towards the Tullybryan scheme and the N54 Clonlura project were appropriate.
It was confirmed in relation to the Tullybryan project that they are not worried by the €200,000 allocation as it is enough for phase three.
However, next year when it moves to construction big capital investment will be required.
With the Clonlura project members were told the €1.18 million will go towards pavement resurfacing over 2km .
It was requested by councillor Pat Treanor that some liaising is done with the North as this development progresses.
