A Monaghan councillor has called on Transport Minister Eamon Ryan to have a "complete review" of the visitor experience at Dublin Airport.
Councillor Noel Keelan spoke about his recent experience at Dublin Airport during a Monaghan County Council meeting.
While the international airport heads into its busiest weekend since before the Covid pandemic, the North Monaghan representative claims issues at the airport "have not" been resolved.
He added that when he attended Dublin Airport recently, he was met with long queues and passengers "struggling" to get food and water supplies.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Cllr Keelan described his experience as "very poor," noting that staff are "under pressure" and "over-worked."
