Monaghan business plans to expand its premises

A Monaghan business has applied for major upgrades work on their site. IJM Timber Engineering Limited have submitted plans to construct two new industrial units on the Old Armagh Road in Monaghan.

Included in the application are new staff facilities, car and bike parking, electrical charging points, and a new standalone ESB substation. A new footpath, new gated access, and totem/building signage make up the final part of the application.

A decision on the development is due in the next number of weeks.
