The Monaghan Advanced Technology Building is now being advertised to potential investors.
Works at the Knockaconny site were finished in recent weeks.
The project was first announced in March 2019, when IDA Ireland chose Monaghan as the location for the 1,400 square metre building.
It was part of the Regional Property Programme to develop business solutions right across Ireland.
The Advanced Technology Building is a ready for occupation and flexible design aimed at attracting foreign direct investment clients to the border region.
An IDA spokesperson confirmed to Northern Sound News that construction of the Monaghan building is now complete and the facility is being actively marketed to potential investors.
