Mollie Plunkett, a 21-month-old Cavan toddler, will lead the way this weekend to support NCBI.
Mollie has optic nerve hypoplasia, which is the under-development or absence of the optic nerve.
She and her family has received support from NCBI since they learned of Mollie's vision impairment.
To ensure these services can be offered to others, Molly and her family have organised the "Mollie Plunkett Run".
The fundraiser takes place today and begins at 1pm at St Brigid's Church, Laragh.
It will then travel through Cavan Town, Cootehill, and Canningstown, before returning to Laragh.
Registration is €20 per vehicle and all tractors, vintage cars, bikes, and lorries are welcome and registration starts at 11.45 am.
Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound, Mollie's mother, Fiona Clancy Plunkett said the fundraiser is a way of thanking NCBI:
