A large scale Gardaí investigation is currently underway in Blacklion, Co Cavan. Northern Sound understands that a scene is currently being preserved in relation to a missing person's investigation.
The investigation was launched in Blacklion yesterday with the Garda Air Support Service on hand to help investigating officers. When contacted by Northern Sound, Gardaí in Co Cavan said that they are unable to provide any further comment on the matter at this stage. More details are expected to follow.
