A mental health talk is planned for later this evening in Hughie's of Corcaghan in Co Monaghan.
The event will hear about resilience from main speaker of the event Frank Diamond.
All are welcome to the event that is planned in the cabin at Hughie's from 7.30 pm and all are welcome. Stephen McElvaney who is hosting the event says this is an opportunity for people to come together and talk.

He says the event is associated with the LA519 and he hopes this could become a regular gathering once people feel they benefit from the event
