Councillors are due to meet with Tuath Housing next week to discuss an unfinished Carrickmacross housing estate that has been labelled an "eyesore".
Colm Carthy passed a motion recently calling for a meeting with Tuath Housing to discuss "perceived delays on construction" to the estate on the old Ardee Road.
Some units have been completed at the estate, but Councillor Carthy says work has "ceased" on the other properties.
He told this week's MD meeting that "we need the facts" for what will happen to "this unfinished site we have had to look at for over a decade".
In correspondence to the MD, Tuath Housing said there were "absolutely happy to attend a meeting with elected members" and a date has been set for Wednesday, the 6th of April.
