'Meet your local politicians' event to take place in Monaghan

The Monaghan Women's Assembly is running a 'Meet Your Local Political Parties' night this Thursday, June 15th, at the Westenra Hotel. This event aims to showcase all political parties and give them the opportunity to come and meet the women of Co Monaghan.

Members are hopeful that this event will encourage local women to join a political party and even consider running as a candidate in the next in the next general election. Those interested can register to attend this event at [email protected]
