Sinn Féin leader, Mary Lou McDonald visited the Peace Link in Clones today following the aftermath of Storm Eowyn.
She met with people leading the community response at the local community hub there which has been established like so many hubs across the region.
Speaking to Northern Sound, The Sinn Fein leader said there was major major shortfalls in the response. Deputy McDonald said we don't have the resilience in our infrastructure, adding that she believes these storms will be more prevalent going forward.
Mary Lou McDonald paid tribute to the people on the ground who has made such a difference in the community. Meanwhile the Sinn Fein Leader was adamant that the Dail should have been up and running while this 'crisis' was underway.
