There are still some people in Cavan and Monaghan without electricity, heat and water following Storm Éowyn on Friday, January 24th. Cavan is worst affected.
Some of the areas without power on this, the twelfth day after the unprecedented storm, include Latton, Doogarry, Knockbride, Cootehill, Derrynine and Ardlougher and Killegar, Co. Leitrim to name a few.
According to the ESB's Powercheck website, nine customers in Drumalee, eight in Tierworker, five in Ballyjamesduff and three in Kells are waiting for power to be restored. We will bring you any updates we can from ESB Networks throughout the morning.
