A 25-year-old man will appear at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court in Co Fermanagh this morning on a charge of attempted murder.
He is due to appear before the court in relation to an incident which occurred on Saturday, whereby three police cars were damaged after being rammed by a tractor in Fivemiletown.
As a result of the incident, the man faces a total of 14 charges including two counts of attempted murder, three of criminal damage, driving when unfit through drink or drugs, driving while disqualified and other motoring-related offences.
Detective Inspector Nigel Snoddy has described the incident as "reckless" and "cowardly" which has left three police vehicles off the road affecting "service delivery" in the Mid Ulster area.
