A man being held in connection with the Creeslough disaster has been released without charge. The man aged in his 60's was arrested yesterday for questioning about the explosion in Co Donegal in October 2022, in which 10 people were killed.
He was released from Garda custody early this morning and file is being prepared for the DPP. Gardaí say the investigation continues to be led by local Gardaí in Donegal with the assistance of the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Health and Safety Authority.
