A 42 year old man is to appear in Court in connection with a viable device left in Enniskillen in March.
He was one of three people arrested by Police on Monday as part of the investigation into the security alert on St Patrick's Day.
The improvised explosive device was left in the Lough Shore Road area of the town.
Police have said it's believed dissident republican are behind the incident.
A 27 year old man and 29 year old woman were also arrested in relation to violent dissident activity on Monday but were released without charge following questioning.
Republican Sinn Féin yesterday condemned the arrests in a statement issued to Northern Sound News.
