A man is due in Court next week in relation to damage caused to a sensory garden in Ballyjamesduff.
In the early hours of November 10th, Gardai responded to a report of vandalism at the area designed for children with autism or other sensory difficulties.
The garden was due to be officially opened ahead of Christmas, but it has been delayed because of the recent criminal damage.
A man is due in Court next week after being charged in relation to the incident.
He and another were arrested by Gardai on December 4th.
The second person was released without charge, however Gardai say further arrests are possible as they continue to investigate.
