A man continues to be detained in relation to a body that was discovered at the Diamond in Clones, on Saturday the 1st of June. The male, aged in his 40s, was arrested yesterday contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997 and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Co Monaghan.
