A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Clondalkin in Dublin last night.
No one was injured in the attack.
At around 9.20pm last night shots were fired at a home on Grensfort Crescent. Those in the house fled the scene on foot and escaped uninjured. Damage was caused to the windows and exterior of the property.
In a follow up operation a man in his 20s was arrested near the scene a short time later and is currently being held at Ronanstown Garda Station.
The scene has been preserved for forensic and technical examination and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
