A man who allegedly threatened to kill a gardaá during an incident in Cavan last month has been remanded in custody.
47-year-old Ciaran Brady of Aghatoten, Tullyvin in Cavan was unfit to appear before court this morning.
Ciaran Brady is charged with threatening to kill Gardai at an address in Tullyvin on June 22nd.
He's also charged with being in possession of sharp-pointed scissors.
Brady was due to appear before Harristown District Court this morning but was said to be unfit to be present.
In his absence, Judge Alan Mitchell remanded the 47-year-old in custody for two weeks to appear by video link at Harristown District Court on July 24th.
