A Cavan MACE retailer is next in line to "saddle up" in support of Down Syndrome Ireland.
Peter and Judy Skelly are inviting people to join in on the 'Tour de MACE' excitement at their Ballyjamesduff MACE.
The Cavan business will host host a "unique" in-store static cycle event where customers can donate 15 minutes to one hour of their time to cycle, at any stage on June 18th, between 8am and 5pm.
The store is one of many local MACE stores involved in running this rewarding charity event.
Just last week, Monaghan retailers, Aidan and Amanda Boyd of Smithborough MACE also took part in the initiative to help raise vital funds for Down Syndrome Ireland.
As a result, the Smithborough store revealed that an "amazing amount" was raised both in store and online, with a bucket tally of over €800.
Each Tour de MACE makes a real and lasting difference to children with Down syndrome and their families throughout Ireland as funds are transferred directly to the charity.
The campaign is an integral source of funding for the development of Down Syndrome Ireland's nationwide support service.
