The Stormont Executive will meet later to finalising measures to tighten a six-week lockdown in Northern Ireland.
There will be an extended period of remote learning with schools closed, while there's expected to be more rules on travel.
Legislation to make it illegal for people to leave their homes apart from a set of specific reasons will also be considered.
