There's been an increase of 42 per cent in the number of young people seeking help from Pieta House this year.
And the suicide and self-harm charity says the number of under-18s contacting it has risen by 50 per cent year on year.
Depression, anxiety and low self-esteem are among the main issues people are concerned about, with uncertainty caused by the pandemic also having an impact.
