A local woman is urging people to listen to guidance around Covid-19 after her mother died with the virus in April.
Claire Cassidy says people are not being strict enough in abiding by the guidelines and restrictions and they're putting people's lives at risk.
Her mother died in Drumbear Lodge Nursing Home in Monaghan on April 29th, a week after going into quarantine.
Claire has urged people to take all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus, as often it's too late by the time people realise how sick they or a loved one are.
