Vaccinations at the two centres in Cavan and Monaghan are expected to ramp up from the end of April.
The Centres in the Kilmore and Hillgrove Hotels are currently being used for priority groups only.
The Centres in Cavan and Monaghan towns both have capacity for up to 1,000 vaccines to be given daily. Both have been fitted out with 10 treatment bays.
A Spokesperson for the HSE says they are currently only being used for priority groups, including mental health and disability service users and those missed in earlier rounds.
The use of the centre for other cohorts is "dependent on the supply of vaccine" and the HSE says an increase in vaccine supply to Ireland is expected towards the end of April.
