A local TD says the rollout of the vaccine to date has been a ‘shambles’.
Sinn Féin’s Pauline Tully believes the Government’s decision to change the vaccination system is not because it was the right thing to do but because the system is not ‘fit for purpose’.
She says that frontline workers, family carers, and SNAs are all being overlooked and the entire roll-out has not been properly supervised, which was clear following the Beacon Hospital controversy.
