Local TD calls for 'cautious approach' to changes to mask wearing rules

The Tánaiste says significant changes to the Covid testing regime have been recommended by NPHET.

Leo Varadkar says the government will make a decision on testing and mask wearing mandates no later than Tuesday.

Health officials have said the requirement to wear masks in most public spaces can be lifted.
