Local SOSAD services are encouraging people to "look out" for those who may be struggling with their mental health over the festive season.
According to Christine Wynne of SOSAD Cavan, Christmas can be a difficult time for many, especially as we now live in a world filled with expectation.
As a result, Christine has highlighted the importance of "putting things into perspective" this Christmas and "evaluating" your own mental health.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Christine says the festive period is about spending time with family and "re-charging" your batteries if you need to do so.
