A local shop hopes they will soon be celebrating following the sale of a winning lotto ticket last week.
The EuroMillions ticket was purchased on Wednesday last in Daybreak on the Dublin Road, Kingscourt.
The lucky ticket holder will receive €500,000, with shop manager Paul Kelly urging all their customers to check their numbers.
Paul is hopeful that the winner will come forward today and they can all celebrate together.
