A local Fianna Fáil Senator says colleges need to publish their timetables as soon as possible to help families who may struggle to afford accommodation.
Robbie Gallagher says students may only be on campus two days a week, with the rest of the course being delivered online.

He says if students had clarity on what their timetable would be, they may decide to stay at home during their studies and not seek out college accommodation.
The Fianna Fáil Senator added that the early publishing of college timetables would give students and their families’ time to decide if accommodation is necessary.
