Eligible patients from Cavan and Monaghan Hospital have been urged to take part in the fifth National Inpatient Experience Survey.
It offers patients the opportunity to share their experiences of healthcare and what improvements they believe are necessary.
601 local patients are eligible to participate in the survey and have received a questionnaire - it can be completed in paper form or online, and must be submitted by the 12th of August.
There was a response rate of almost 40% in Cavan and Monaghan Hospital last year, and the response rate so far this year is 16%.
