The Government has announced the 2023 St Patrick's Day programme, which will see the Taoiseach, Tánaiste and Government ministers visit overseas countries in a bid to promote and advertise the country abroad.
Local Minister Heather Humphreys will be taking a short trip across to London for the St Patrick’s Weekend.
Minister for Culture Catherine Martin will be travelling to LA and San Diego while the Taoiseach will visit Washington for the traditional visit to the White House. In all, 36 representatives of the State will visit 74 cities in 44 countries as part of the programme to showcase Ireland to a global audience.
