A local domestic abuse support centre is working to remove the taboo around
men who suffer.
It's estimated that 1 in 7 Irish men will experience domestic abuse in their
lifetime, and Men's Aid expects the number of men it helps to increase by 50
per cent this year.
Men's Aid Ireland is a dedicated national support service and has outreach
clinics in Monaghan, Cavan, Louth and Meath.
