People in Monaghan are being urged to sign a book of condolence for Lord Paddy Rossmore. The 90 year old died last week. He was well known in Monaghan, having grown up there and returning regularly until his home was burned by the IRA in 1981.
The Friends of Rossmore group has paid tribute to him for his involvement in their work with historic sites within the now forest park. The group has opened an online book of condolence for further tributes to be paid to him.
