The greatest issue facing Ireland right now is the breakdown of our immigration system.
That's the view of local General Election candidate, Shane Mulligan. Shane is running for Liberty Republic and he believes reckless immigration policies are overwhelming our public services, putting strain on housing, healthcare, and law enforcement.
He feels that Immigration is the number one issue but the Castleblayney man says the government nor Sinn Fein want to acknowledge it and does not want to talk to the people about it.
Mr Mulligan says immigration isn't the only problem for him or his party, he said these issues are compounded by government mismanagement and wasteful spending. The election candidate believes that immigration is intertwined and linked to the other issues that are being experienced across the country.
