Local drama groups are a great way for interaction within the community and for everyone to feel inclusive.
That's the view of one of the organisers behind the Ballybay Drama group.
Brid McCabe says it's been great to get back to rehearsals with the group and equally as great to bring back the community together following the covid pandemic. Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show earlier, Brid paid tribute to the Aidan McQuillan who she says was the inspiration behind the County Monaghan drama group.
The Ballybay Drama Group are heading for the stage to bring a comedy called 'Only an hour from Dublin' to the Ballybay Pearce Brothers Centre on the 23rd, 25th and the 26th of March. Brid McCabe says it's great to be back and be able to entertain the people of the wider Ballybay area.
