A Co Monaghan disability centre has been found to be compliant in all areas.
Hyland View was subject to a short-notice HIQA inspection in May, and residents "informed the inspector that they loved their home".
The centre provides full-time residential care and support to seven adults.
The inspector added that the staff "were, at all times, observed to be professional, kind and caring in their interactions with the residents".
While residents said they missed attending religious services during the covid lockdown, the Hyland View staff supported residents in visiting their local church to light candles and to celebrate religious services on the television or radio each week.
The report also found that the person in charge and house manager had ensured control measures were in place to protect against and minimise the risk of infection of COVID-19 to both residents and staff.
