Local credit unions say they're stepping into the space of banks leaving the region.
Credit Unions are now offering current account and debit card services to members to expand on what they provide.
It comes as both Ulster Bank and KBC are leaving the market, and their customers will need to find a new bank.

Terese Conway is the Chief Executive of Cavan Credit Union, she says that dedicated switching services are being provided to bank users who might need assistance.
She told Northern Sound that being accessible in the community is very important for people.
