A Monaghan childcare worker says she will "definitely be leaving the sector because she can't live on the wage".
While Rebecca Louth loves her job and "bounces" to work every day, she says the pay is "awful" and "just not good enough".
Rebecca says it will be incredibly difficult to leave the sector because of the relationships she has built with the children, but adds that people are leaving the profession "every day of the week".
