The school have set a fundraising target of €20,000 to bring the project to life, and Ice Cream Treats are fully committed in helping them reach their goal.

Ice Cream Treats based in Killeshandra, Co. Cavan are on a mission to raise money in aid of the local school in Killeshandra, Scoil Bhríde.

Staff members from the local business are putting their best foot forward to raise funds for a sensory cabin for pupils with autism.

The school is also in need of equipment to enhance their play area with sensory toys & games to strengthen children's motor and social skills and they hope they can assist with these needs.

Next Friday, the 20th of December, they will be cycling 20 kilometres on their ice cream bike - pedalling from Cavan Town all the way to the school spreading the Christmas spirit and raising money on their travels,
