A local Brexit consultant has warned that Irish businesses need to be wary about tariffs on "non-originating goods" arriving from the UK.
Clones native Adrian Kelly is the Managing Director of Brexit Plan and he says the problem is not widely known.
He describes "non-originating goods" as products sourced outside of the UK that have been in storage in the UK before January 1st.
Mr Kelly says this could have "major implications" on businesses that import these goods.
