On 65 Roses Day , which like many other events has had to go online this year, Martin Maguire from Castleblayney joined Sheila to talk about life with Cystic Fibrosis.
He says that he always remains positive and knows there are people out there who are worse off than him so he considers himself lucky.
He has taken on the mammoth task of walking 65,000 steps in a day having started at 4am this morning, to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.
