A learner driver has been arrested in Co Cavan after they were found to be 11 times over the legal alcohol limit.
On Sunday past, Cavan Roads Policing Unit arrested the learner driver who was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Breath tests revealed the motorist to be 11 times over the legal limit to drive.

The motorist has been charged and will appear before court at a later date.
The vehicle was also detained, and local gardaí are reminding road users to never drink and drive.
