A large industrial fire in Carrickmacross has been brought under control, but emergency services are expected to reamin at the scene for several more hours.
Three units attended the scene, but there are still some areas of the site which need to be extinguished.
The blaze broke out at a unit in the Ross Road Industrial Estate shortly after midday.
Gardai closed the road from the Shercock roundabout in the town, and nearby residents have been asked to keep their doors and windows shut.
The full scale of the fire has yet to be confirmed, however it's understood that it hasn't spread to other units.
