This Sunday will be an emotional night on Dancing with the Stars as the remaining eight couples take part in 'Dedicated Dance' Week.
Sunday evening will see all eight couples take to the floor to perform a routine in tribute to people who have had a major impact on their lives. Cavan man and comedian Kevin McGahern and Laura Nolan will be dancing their Paso Doble to Nirvana's Smells like Teen Spirit in honour of Kevin's daughter, Wallis.
Speaking to Northern Sound, the Gowna native said he is particularly looking forward to Sunday nights performance. Kevin revealed that his two year old daughter loves Nirvana's Smells like Teen Spirit and she calls it the baby song.
Wallis will be shouting on her daddy as he endeavours to make it all the way to the final to get his hands on the glitter ball trophy With it being such a special night in the ballroom, no one will be eliminated from the show on Sunday night.
However, the competition is still on, as the couple to receive the highest combined points from the judges' score and public vote will earn immunity from the following week's first Dance-Off of the season. Each celebrity couple is scored by an expert panel of judges and the viewing public at home, with the winning couple claiming the much-coveted glitter ball trophy at the end of the series.
