There was just one local pop-up vaccine clinic so far this year that had no one turn up.
The HSE introduced pop-up vaccine centres as an alternative to the centres in the Hotel Kilmore and Glencarn Hotel, and to help reach more rural groups.
A walk-in clinic in Ballybay on April 9th was the only time in 2022 that no-one in Cavan or Monaghan turned up for a jab.
Since the centres at the hotels closed this summer and up until the end of August, over 2,000 vaccines were administered at pop up clinics.
1,297 were given in Monaghan and 988 in Cavan.
