Gardaí say investigations are ongoing after two properties in Co Monaghan were recently searched under warrant.
It was part of Operation Tara, which targets the sale and supply of drugs.
Monaghan Gardaí searched a property in Monaghan Town on Friday, the 11th of March, and another in Newbliss on Friday, the 18th of March.

During the course of the search in Monaghan Town, suspected drugs with an estimated value of €4,400 were seized by Gardaí.
While in Newbliss, suspected drugs with an estimated value of €3,900 were seized.
A man in his late 20s was arrested in connection with these searches and detained at Monaghan Garda Station.

He has since been released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
