Investigation launched over Lisnaskea fire

An investigation has been launched in relation to a fire which broke out in Lisnaskea yesterday. In a statement issued to Northern Sound, police say they are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding a fire at a premises on Main Street, Lisnaskea. The premises is locally known as the former Donn Carragh Hotel.

At present it is suspected that the ignition of this fire was deliberate. Police request that anyone who was in the area between 4pm and 8pm yesterday who has witnessed anything they believe may be relevant to make contact via 101 and quote serial 1709 of 27/08/24.
