A technical examination continues to be carried out at a house in South Dublin, where the bodies of a woman and her two children were found.
Gardaí are treating the deaths as 'unexplained'.
Residents in Llewellyn Court in Ballinteer alerted Gardaí after they become concerned that the woman hadn't been seen recently.
Officers arrived at the scene shortly before mid-day and forced their way into the house.
There, they found the bodies of a 37 year old woman and her two children - an 11 year old girl and 6 year old boy.
Although Gardaí wouldn't comment on the circumstances of the deaths, it is understood they're looking to speak to one other person in relation to the discover.
They're appealing to members of the public who may have noticed anything out of the ordinary in the area to contact them.
